Welcome to the Khmer Empire Peace Organization (KEPO)!

I am Serey Sam, the President of KEPO, and I am thrilled to announce the formal registration of our organization with the Interior Ministry in November 2025. This moment marks a significant turning point in my journey and a new chapter for our beloved Cambodia.

After years of advocacy from abroad, I have returned home with a renewed commitment to peace and reconciliation. Recently, I received a royal pardon, which allows me to step back into my homeland and contribute positively to our society. I have dissolved my previous organization, the Khmer National Liberation Front (KNLF), to embrace this new path focused on healing and unity among the Khmer people.

In my appeal to the King and Prime Minister Hun Manet, I had expressed my sincere regrets for past actions and sought amnesty to facilitate my return. With this reconciliation, I am dedicated to fostering national unity and building bridges within our communities.

Under KEPO, we will focus on peace promotion, dialogue, and cooperation among all Cambodians. The values of tolerance and understanding will guide our efforts as we strive for a brighter future together. Resolving the border conflict with Thailand is a priority.

Now that I have returned to Cambodia, I look forward to participating in shared cultural and spiritual practices and prayers with my fellow compatriots who have faced persecution and that they will also find justice and freedom as we work towards a harmonious society.
